Abstract
This current study explores the impact of using AI applications in managing the digital reputation of organizations, emphasizing its role in supporting sustainable development. Traditionally, reputation management has relied on physical marketing materials such as brochures, which has resulted in significant environmental and financial costs. With the digital transformation, organizations are now focusing on managing their reputation through online channels, which significantly reduces resource consumption. The paper also examines how AI tools can enhance digital reputation by monitoring and analyzing online data, promoting ethical business practices, and enhancing transparency. AI-based tools not only measure an organization’s digital presence but also contribute to sustainable development by reducing waste and improving resource efficiency. The study concludes by highlighting the strategic importance of digital reputation in today’s business landscape and the benefits of AI in its management.
